Story Time with Lena

I have absolutely no ideas for posts recently, but because I finished reading a book recently I decided to take the opportunity and write about it.

I'd say that The Life Shop is one of the books that you pick from the library because your parents force you to read more that you don't expect to be any good. Without spoiling much, the book is about a teenage girl who has a disabled brother and a best friend that wants to run a restaurant. She lives quite a happy life but this company kicks in with a catalogue from which you can buy anything but you give your personality away. It sounds really cliché and dull but I enjoyed it and I wonder a little why it never got as big as Charlie Bean books for instance. The story line is clichéd, and I hated the way it progressed but the atmosphere and the way the scene was set literally made me stay up till midnight just to finish that chapter.  If you're looking for something to fill up on your book challenge or other, then I advise you to read this book instead of forcing yourself to read the Twilight series.

So today I wanted to teach you some things about myself and what better way is there than to answer 49 questions?!



1: What are you wearing? Jeans, a t-shirt and a green hoodie.

2: Ever been in love? Still am! With my dog :/

3: Ever had a terrible breakup? Nah, if anyone ever breaks up with me I just nod and walk away more or less.

4: How tall are you? I'm around 160cm tall. Yep I'm kind of a midget.
 
5: How much do you weigh? I haven't weighed myself for 2 years in case my phone number come up...

6: Any tattoos? I have about 5 sticker tattoos on my face right now...

7: Any piercings? I had my ears pierced like 5 times because I never can be bothered to put earrings in so my ears grow back.
 
8: OTP? I didn't know what it is until I googled it so I guess no.

9: Favorite Show? It has to be LOST

10: Favorite bands? It is going to be either Queen or The Beatles. Or Queen.

11: Something you miss? I miss my kid days when I didn't have to go to school and I could sleep all day and eat as much as I want without being bothered about people judging me.

12: Favorite song? I don't have a favorite song since I prefer music on it's own. I get really annoyed when people sing.

13: How old are you? 13 years and 133 days.

14: Zodiac sign? Cancer, everyone isn't impressed with being cancer but I think that Cancers are cool sea-fruit, kind of.

15: Quality you look for in a partner? Trustworthy I guess, and caring. And not a psychopath.


16: Favorite Quote? 'Light reveals beautiful things as well as the ugly' ~ A character from Rune Factory. I really like it for some reason - it's super witty.

17: Favorite actor? Pierce Brosnan, end of.

18: Favorite color? Darkish Green

19: Loud music or soft? Is there an in-between?

20: Where do you go when you're sad? I go to my room and eat. Funny thing is, I'm not fat.

21: How long does it take you to shower? It takes about an hour since I never want to come out of the warmness *_*

22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? More or less 45 minutes depending what time I wake up.

23: Ever been in a physical fight? Does a fight between me and my sister count?

24: Turn on? Smells nice, I don't know why but I like it when someone smells nice.

25: Turn off? When someone smokes, they smell horrible.
 
26: The reason I joined blogger? My friend Heather started a blog and I decided to give it a go.

27: Fears? Being lonely. I would probably commit suicide if there was absolutely no body I could talk to.

28: Last thing that made you cry? I cried at the end of LOST, which is about 2 years ago.

29: Last time you said you loved someone? In my school, there is this cute kid which me and my best friend Heather want to adopt and we never told him we love him because we actually don't, he's just absolutely adorable. Yeah, I'm not a paedophile by the way.

30: Meaning behind your Blogger Name? At fist I was going to make this blog a bit of a scrapbook but in the end I had no ideas and left it as a normal blog but kept the name because I thought it was kind of cute.

31: Last book you read? Clarice Bean: Utterly Me.

32: The book you're currently reading? Ruby Redfort: Look into my eyes.

33: Last show you watched? I am watching Naruto right now. But if anime doesn't count then it's either The Big Bang Theory or Breaking Bad, I'm not sure.

34: Last person you talked to? I just said bye to my mum since she's off to work.

35: The relationship between you and the person you last texted? It was my friend Heather, I told her that I ran out of Blu-Tack.

36: Favorite food? Let's see. It's either seasoned chicken breast rolled in pita bread or rice noodles with stir fry and soya sauce. It sounds very posh and exotic but actually they are very simple and the noodles are from a take away.

37: Place you want to visit? Easter Islands, I took a liking towards them like 2 years ago.

38: Last place you were? The kitchen to grab some salted peanuts. They're gone now...

39: Do you have a crush? The last crush I had was a few months ago but he really isn't anything special. Jeeze. I sound very picky.

40: Last time you kissed someone? I just kissed my dog because he's scared of fireworks, my neighbours are firing left over fireworks from the bonfire.

41: Last time you were insulted? Today my friend Heather said that Cancer is one of the worst zodiac signs you can have. Even though we have the same zodiac and she was insulting herself too, I didn't like her saying that.
 
42: Favourite flavour of sweet? It depends what sweet it is. Mostly it's coke or lemon.

43: What instruments do you play? I can play the ocarina of time and goddess's harp.

44: favourite piece of jewellery? I have this necklace thing which is a piece of thick string with a pink surfboard tied to it. It's very tacky and not my style, but I like it for some reason.

45: Last sport you played? I played handball in PE.

46: Last song you sang? I think it was Don't Stop Me Now by Queen.

47: favourite chat up line? I think I need a paralyse heal because you are STUNNING.


48:Have you ever used it? There is absolutely nobody who I can use it on.


49: Last time you hung out with anyone? Last week I hung out with my sister, but friends wise I think I went to my friends house like a month ago. Nobody loves me :c

Hey guys, it's me again. 

Before I say anything else: I am sorry for no posting these days but I really am too tired to do anything, I usually just sit in one place and watch Naruto 24/7. 

Besides it is quite hard to think of something to post that you guys might enjoy.

However - never fear since Lena is here! 
You guessed it, I came up with a post that you guys could enjoy.

I literally just spent 2 hours making this 1 minute video, just for you guys. I'm not going to upload it to YouTube because I wanted it to be specially for my fans, which I have 2 of. And 1 of them is my best friend Heather. But oh well, maybe in the future someone will find it and will think it's funny.

Okay, after you've seen this, you can proudly say with your hand on your chest, that you have seen all crap there is to see on the internet. But I'll probably make more of these because it is actually quite funny. And if you want to see the original Trailer then here it is:

Tomb Raider is an epic game by the way (remake of the original game) so I think you should play it. You can get it on Xbox 360, PS2, PS3 and the Wii... I think.

Christmas Wishlist

Naruto, Death Note and Pokemon T-Shirts

So more or less every teenage girl is obsessed with shoes and handbags. I'm obsessed with T-Shirts and anime, so there isn't really a better present for me than anime themed T-Shirts. 

Personalised Notebook

So the second thing I want is a personalised, hard-back notebook. It would make me look smart, I don't know why but it would. As well as that - I don't know if I ever told you but I am OBSESSED WITH NOTEBOOKS. 

Minecraft

So I am utterly and completely in love with Minecraft. For some reason there was a full version of Minecraft on the computers in my school and I was like, oh cool. So for months of IT lessons I have been playing Minecraft instead of making mind maps about the Future of Communication, I have been playing Minecraft. After like half a year, when the 1.6 update came out and you had to download a launcher, I only just realised that it was a pirate version. Now please don't sue me because I wasn't the one who downloaded the game okay?! So long story short: I don't have Minecraft, but would like to have Minecraft.

Black & Burgundy Vans

So I always wanted black and burgundy vans, but because of my very awkward feet size, there are never any that are my size. Black and burgundy aren't necessary my favourite colours but I like the way they look together and they look real nice on shoes too. I don't own many pairs of Vans, I'm not exactly crazy about Vans either, it's just that I like some of them - as in some colours. I couldn't wear them, for instance, if they were pink or white.

3DS & Animal Crossing: New Leaf & Pokemon X

So I don't have a 3DS, which kind of causes most of the trouble. I could easily save up for the games, but come one no teenager has £100 to spend. I also prefer Pokemon X than Pokemon Y because of the cover I mean seriously. Look how majestic the pokemon on the cover is. LOOK AT IT.

That's more or less it. I know it's only October but I just can't wait until Christmas. I hope you guys enjoyed and that I gave you an idea for a Christmas gift if you didn't have one. 

September Favourites

Hey guys! 
So the other day at around 11pm I was looking at inspiration for new posts. Well, the scenario looked something like this:

Just agree, this is what all of us are like.

So I was going through all of these blogs which are really popular and I saw that everybody makes posts called "Monthly Favourites". So I decided to give it a go.

So these are my September favourites, and trust me when I say that all 4 of them are awesome!

Mini Crayons

I don't usually use these, but this month a grew a big liking towards them. I haven't been really using them either but I just love having them on the desk because they're really cute. They make great decoration too, but I wouldn't really recommend using them since they break easily and their colours are very dim. I think I got them for Christmas from my sister either last year or the year before, and I only just started playing with them and all this September.

Large Hoodie

So I love too big clothes because they're really comfy and very warm which makes them fantastic for autumn and winter. I sleep in it (since I always sleep with an open window) and use it as my dressing gown because I find it way more practical than normal dressing gowns since you don't have to keep tying it and it looks nicer, at least that's what I think. Now, my mum would rip all my hair out if I bought something that's either too big or too small for me, so this hoodie was never intended to be mine. It was my sister's for a few years until she moved out left it and I stole it. Yeap, it's doing a great job warming me up this autumn!

Dog Walking "Vans" Trainers

Now these shoes are definitely not Vans when I put speech marks on the word Vans. I bought them for £5 from Peacocks and they look exactly like Vans, and are just as comfy. These are the trainers which I don't really mind getting screwed up, so I near enough always wear them when I'm walking my dog on the field near my house, so they're kind of special to me. During summer and spring it wasn't raining so much so I could go ahead and wear some nicer trainers, so that just in September these red, mucky trainers became used, so I guess you can call this my September favourite.

Candle Lantern

So this was just £4 from IKEA (no advertising :p) and it's awesome, but the flame isn't very strong since the lantern can only handle small candles, but if you put a scented candle inside then you'll get both smell and look all in one :D It makes the room look warmer and you can warm your hands as well so that's a cool thing to have during autumn right?

RUBBER ARMY!

Hey guys! Big news! 

I have my own army! Might be a rubber army BUT STILL! LOOK HOW FANTABOLOUS IT IS!

So this is basically it. It's pretty cool though you have to admit, also, you get yo see my beautiful organised desk in the background  Have I told you I'm getting new furniture for my bedroom? I'll probably do a before and after to see if it is improved much, but we'll see how that works out!

I find it really cute, especially the cars and the DS. Did you know that DS stands for dual screen? I only found out a few weeks ago. Mind = Blown. ;p



So that's going to be it for today, since it's quite late. I'll probably see you guys tomorrow!
